Judged exhibition including more than 300 beautiful quilts, handmade boutique items, Fat Quarter Basket Raffle, Vendors, Demonstrations, and Northern Lights Quilt Raffle.
This modern quilt measures 98.5 inches x 98.5 inches. It was pieced by 15 members of our guild. Northern Lights was quilted by award winning, Rebecca Mullins. She quilted gentle, swirling curves in an edge-to-edge design on the quilt, which makes the stars stand out.
The Catawba Valley Quilters’ Guild is a nonprofit organization. You can purchase a ticket for $1 or 6 tickets for $5.

2022 Quilt Show: Stars Over The Valley
Transportation Quilt
The Catawba Valley Quilters’ Guild will present the Stars Over the Valley Quilt Show, Oct 21-22, 2022, and is raffling off their Transportation quilt 55 ½”x68”. This quilt would be perfect for a child’s bed. It features all forms of transportation from bicycles to rockets. Rebecca Mullins embroidered and appliqued each block and quilted it. It was assembled by Janice Setzler and bound by Elle Clemens. Along with the quilt, there is a train wall hanging (not pictured), 51”x23”.
